Kristine Skoglin

Kristine, a San Diego native, began her residential real estate career with Presley Homes, which became William Lyon Homes, as a new construction sales manager in 1998. She met Tim at her first project, Stratford Place at Stonecrest Village, while he was shopping for his first home purchase. Kristine worked for William Lyon Homes for 10 years prior to joining Tim in establishing their own residential re-sale brokerage. In addition to her main focus, selling residential property throughout San Diego, Kristine also provides property management services for those looking for guidance with investment properties that they own. Her attention to detail, kind spirit and hard work ethic are what keeps her calendar busy with appointments every week!
